Cameron was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was a four year letterman, All-State, and All Star game selection during his tenure at Jacksonville High School. Cameron played baseball for Three Rivers Community College and Arkansas Baptist College his first two years. He later transferred to Arkansas Tech University where he would finish his collegiate baseball career. He graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from Arkansas Tech University in 2013.
Shortly after completing college, Cameron began training athletes individually. He also began coaching high school showcase and little league travel ball teams. After coaching and training for roughly 5 years, Cameron has witnessed many of his athletes receive college scholarships and become Major League Draft Picks.
Cameron is extremely honored to be a coach/trainer and looks forward to seeing the growth of his clients athletes and young adults.

This is her 5th year coaching competitive ball. She just moved back to Jacksonville Arkansas to continue to do what she loves- To coach a group of girls she started coaching when they were just 9 years Old.

Ken is a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and came to Arkansas when his wife (Lisa) was stationed at Little Rock Air Force Base. Ken played high school football for 4 years as an Offensive Lineman and was on the wrestling team for 3 years in the 189 lb weight class. After high school Ken joined the Marine Corps and served in the 2nd Battalion 4th Marine Regiment in Camp Pendleton, CA. Ken works for the Cabot Police Department and has been a patrolman for over 10 years. Ken has also been a member of the Cabot Police Special Operations Response Team as on the Entry Team and as the Team Sniper. Ken has been married to his wife Lisa, since 2002 and has two dogs Bear and Roxy.
Ken’s experience includes over 5 years coaching Crossfit and holds certifications as a Level 2 Crossfit Trainer, a USAW Level 2 Olympic Weightlifting Coaching Certificate, and is certified as a Powerlifting Trainer through Crossfit. Ken has a passion for physical fitness training as well as the overwhelming benefits it has not only for sports, but for everyday life. Ken strives to continue adapting current strength and conditioning methods in his own training and the individuals he coaches. Ken is happy to provide an opportunity for athletes to grow and be prepared for any challenge.
